  • Regular on-site surveys by management to ensure services provided are adequate and in keeping with Client requirements.
  • Providing site surveys, suggestions, and recommendations to improve services for Client information and consideration.
  • Regular Client meetings (as agreed/ arranged) to discuss performance and/or to modify tasks.
  • Improvement of techniques and task execution on an ongoing basis in conjunction with the Client.
